Automatic Winding Machine Characteristics

1. Imported AC servo motors with high precision are used for main drive and winding drive, which have the functions of cushioning start, slow stop with fixed length or diameter, and emergency stop. The main control functions are controlled by PLC plus 6 "color touch screen, which can arbitrarily adjust the winding speed, tension, tension taper and other main parameters to ensure the best winding effect.
2. Rewinding, shearing force and winding are controlled by multi-stage
tension. The imported AC servo motor is equipped with imported high-precision tension detection and automatic tension control system, which makes the film tension more accurate and stable.
3. Imported high-precision CCD entanglement system, with an accuracy of <0.1mm.
4. The two-stage adjusting device of the cutter ensures the optimum cutting angle of the cutter blade and the accuracy of the size of the small coil and greatly shortens the adjusting time by fine-tuning the cutter horizontally and vertically without stopping the machine.
